SI Park Models are built according to International Residential Code (IRC), similar to a site built home. These park models have sturdy 2×6 shear wall construction, extreme weather insulation and heavy snow load capacity. This home will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Additionally, SI Park Models are NOAH+ inspected and certified for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC compliance.

The SI Aspen is a beautiful park model tiny home that is 11’4″x35′ park model (399 SF, plus a large sleeping loft) with a unique floor plan that features the kitchen on the home complete with an island and lots of kitchen storage. It has a bathroom and a living room in the middle, with a bedroom at the other end. Additionally, it has a sleeping loft with stairs.
This custom home design is built for extreme weather conditions with extra insulation and 125 psf snow load capacity. NOAH+ certified.

The Johnson- Base price $134,999
The SI Johnson park model tiny home is 11’4″x35′ park model (399 SF, plus storage loft), featuring an open entrance directly into the living room and kitchen. This design has a bathroom on each end. It has a storage loft but no stairs. It can also be modified for a two-bedroom design.
This custom home design is built for extreme weather conditions with extra insulation and 125 psf snow load capacity. NOAH+ certified.
