Buyers may generally choose from several colors and styles but design changes and special requests may increase the cost.

The Tumbleweed Elm is an 8’6″x30′ tiny home (249 SF, plus 86 in loft). It was originally built in 1999 as the nation’s first tiny home RV, the interior is updated annually but the iconic look that is so popular has not changed over the years. It’s no wonder that HGTV stated “The full porch and lancet window gave this exterior design the charm and elegance that started it all.” This is the tiny home model that the City of Hailey, Idaho purchased for employee housing.
