This model has been featured multiple times on HGTV and is even the example of tiny home used on the Idaho Division of Building Safety’s brochure regarding the definition of tiny homes titled Manufactured Home & Modular Home Building Information for Homeowners, Contractors and Local Jurisdictions. It is also the model that the City of Hailey, Idaho purchased for employee housing.
