SI park model tiny homes are built for extreme weather conditions with increased insulation and snow load requirements. From the sturdy 2×6 sheer wall construction to the moisture controlling vapor retarder on floors, walls and ceiling and oversized trailer, you can be sure these park models will hold up for years into the future.
Unlike most park model tiny homes these tiny houses have a 125 psf snow load capacity (approximately 6 1/2 feet of snow) as required by some municipalities.

The prices quoted are for each model’s standard features for the size of the tiny home indicated, including appliances unless otherwise noted. Buyers may generally choose from several colors and styles but design changes and special requests may increase the cost.

The SI Aspen is a beautiful park model tiny home that is 11’4″x35′ park model (399 SF, plus a large sleeping loft) with a unique floor plan that features the kitchen on the home complete with an island and lots of kitchen storage. It has a bathroom and a living room in the middle, with a bedroom at the other end. Additionally, it has a sleeping loft with stairs.
This custom home design is built for extreme weather conditions with extra insulation and 125 psf snow load capacity. NOAH+ certified.

The SI Johnson park model tiny home is 11’4″x35′ park model (399 SF, plus storage loft), featuring an open entrance directly into the living room and kitchen. This design has a bathroom on each end. It has a storage loft but no stairs. It can also be modified for a two-bedroom design.
This custom home design is built for extreme weather conditions with extra insulation and 125 psf snow load capacity. NOAH+ certified.
