Our container homes are built according to International Residential Code (IRC) standards for durability and safety making them eligible as a primary dwelling or accessory dwelling unit (ADU) in most municipalities.

We can custom build a new container home, move-in ready in just 6-8 weeks.

Container homes have great insulation and can handle a snow load of up to 300 pounds per square foot making a terrific option for cold climates. You may also want to consider a container home if you might have trouble navigating stairs or sleeping in a loft.
