Do you deliver my tiny home?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping cost depends on the delivery location and route. We currently offer $3,000 off delivery, and we will give you a clear number before you commit.
Can tiny homes qualify as an ADU?
Yes. Our park model tiny homes generally qualify as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and are an affordable alternative to a site-built home. Rules vary by location, so see our Tiny Home ADUs page and we will help you check your specific parcel.
Can I customize my tiny home?
Yes. We offer multiple options and upgrades so you can customize your home exactly as you have envisioned, from finishes and layouts to the Extreme Weather Package.
Is insurance available for tiny homes?
Yes. We have a partnership with an insurance agency that specializes in homeowners' insurance for park model tiny homes, so getting covered is straightforward.
Are the tiny homes well insulated?
Yes. Our homes come well insulated, and for buyers in severe climates we offer an Extreme Weather Package with upgraded insulation, cove radiant heat and a 150 psf snow load rating. See our Extreme Weather page for details.
Do tiny homes come with a warranty?
Yes. Every new tiny home comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty, and appliances are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
