Recreational Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) certification means that tiny home manufacturer has met certain safety and building standards. Certification can help you with everything from financing and insurance to parking and re-sale value. Tumbleweed Tiny House Company was the first tiny home builder in the industry to receive the RVIA certification. 

Most buyers today are concerned about the environment. Tumbleweed’s quality system has been independently evaluated by TRA Certification, Inc. and found capable of producing green recreation vehicles based on an evaluation of the production process, material usage, recycling and other environmental practices. Most insurance agencies can provide property and liability insurance for a tiny house as a recreational vehicle. That is one of the advantages of purchasing a Tumbleweed RVIA certified tiny home.

Our tiny home prices range from about $95,000 to $125,000 depending on the model selected and options included. Like other construction costs nation wide tiny house prices have increased the last few years due to the costs of labor and materials.
